As I say Im downloading x64 tonight. I wish Squad would update the recommended specs which are atleast 3 years old. I have better stats and it runs like a sloth. Also wheels are a pain, continuously blocked when nothing is blocking them. Read back a bit and you'll see my problems with UI scaling <100% text is too blurry to read, for everyone, 100% or more and the navball is too big. -

Another UI problem. Place, Offset, Rotate and Root tools are far too small. Normally you can glance up and see them, this time I didn't see them. -

Its a laptop, Im using the 32bit the now as when I downloaded it that was all but 64bit will be downloaded when i go to bed. slow internet. FPS in 1.0.5 in flight 8.33, 1.1 in flight 8.33, im a little confused as I can see 1.1 is running at a higher framerate. Editor in 1.0.5 was definitely less laggy. -

No... In 1.0.5 a 2 part craft lags the game to 1 game second = 2 real seconds. In 1.1 its better but I wont go above 60 till Im sure there is higher FPS. -

Back on the frame rate improvements, Rovers and planes have higher FPS, I dont think the ingame counter works properly -

Another, issue dont know if its the games fwult but at 1366x768 Full Screen. When the UI scale is <100% all text is to blurry to easily read. But at 100% scale the Navball takes up to much space. Oh and FPS gains are only on the main menu, not really a key part of the game but thats my laptops fault, not squads. -

A few things I spotted. Right click issue has returned and Pe, Ap, An, Dn, I1, I2 markers aee not on or anywhere near orbit lines. -
Commander jebidiah. Came from me originally inputing Jebidiah which had been taken so I added the rank that Jeb holds in all my games. The misspelling of jebidiah was my dad not knowing how it was spelt and as such it is now my username and the only way I know how to spell jebidiah as this spelling is saved to all my devices. Interestingly enough my next door neighbour is called Jed so his nane is easy to remember. My second choice would of been my username for otheraccounts which is kyle minimax. Originally for Xbox Live it was created by my uncle who owned a race team called minimax motorsport and hence I took that and my first name and merged them together.

Hello everyone, So I'm trying to create a part for the game using SketchUp8 (Free) which is too complicated for me to make it in Blender which I dont understand and get frustrated over. Now Ive created the part and exported it as a .dae file. This opens in blender, where I plan to texture it, but it is all in seperate parts which means I can't create one big texture file with all textures on the item. I'm not really asking for help with making or explaining whats happening but I'm really asking if there are any tutorials for working with Sketchup to create a mod for KSP. A google search turned up only discussions with people only saying how Blender should be usee and the topic would then go off-topic and be closed, so please dont go off-topic. Thanks in advance.

He had no obligation to continue running the site. It was costing him $180/month, which is alot. Did you ever donate? Just remember he was paying for you to DL most of your mods on a user friendly site, exactly how much did you contribute. If anyone pulled a D1ck move it was both us who used the site and Squads. -

My greatest moment was RV and docking two satellites in LKO. I remember my excitement in that moment. Actually just before lunch I had my best ever RV. If I ever land on Laythe that will be better though.- 71 replies

Just my Opinion and reasons. 1) No. the first ever orbital space flight was Sputnik 1, which was launched on a rocket which used radially mounted strap on boosters that were detached. 2) Yes and No. Yes props should be added for early game but jet engines should not be restricted as we had jets before space flight. We should have rover wheels earlier. 3) Why? Whats the point in launching two missions to an asteroid? 4) No. Sputnik 1, 2. 3 and Vanguard 1 did not have a person on board. 5) Not bothered. 6) No. Rover wheels should be early game but should require combustion engines. 7) Not bothered, I've never really been interplanetary. 8) Again not bothered. All I use Ions for is for space fighters or station tugs. Career should of been, all parts unlocked, Undertake science missions for companies, take contracts for the military (Spy sats...) limited funds and these contracts would pay you.

This what cancelled my shuttle program, PDS Columbia was renentering when all of a sudden half of the port wing disappears. After touchdown brakes go on and half of starboard wing goes and no more port wing then the tail fell off. Glad it was only jeb on board so if he wanted to eject he could, dropped Bill off on Alpha Station. Another time after 5 days in orbit STS Enterprise lost its whole starboard wing and both Bill and Bob were stranded in space and Jeb, and another unknown kerbal, were sent up in RS Atlantis to take them home and dispose of the now dead STS Enterprise, with a HE-KV-1 Missile. Unfortunatly only; - STS Enterprise, - PDS Columbia, - CTS Challenger and - RS Atlantis ever saw flight. HS Endeavour and SS Explorer were built but never saw flight. Only Columbia and Enterprise were lost.

You could make a refueling station and then ground dock with it using the claw. Or install kerbinside and make your own airport.
