You cant embed images from your pc, you have to upload them to imgur or somesuch. It had nothing to do with characters.

You can change the R-G-B values in the landing lights, if not in stock, tweakable everything is your friend.

You are dealing with a scale problem. Not too bad, not really good tho. If its not going to be "stock" you may aswell go for tweakscale and solve your scale "problems".
