  1. I prefer missiles for space warfare, because they have no substantial recoil, beside the small decoupler. On the contrary, railguns, and conventional cannons, have big recoil.
  2. I have yet to find a mod, that add guided missiles, capable of operating in space. Whether it's romfarer missiles, or yours they can't track in space.
  3. What is this parameter responsible for: onlyFireInRange=1/0 Since i can shoot beyond the gun range[2000m or 2500m] then what's its point?
  4. +1 for avalon request. Edit: A medium cannon like for example bushmaster mk44 30mm, would be great too. And ATGM, or SAM missiles.

  9. I'm no expert when it comes to heatshields, but IRL heatshields can handle temperatures up to 2500 degree celcius. On the other hand, these used in RO can handle 1500[?] degree celcius. I would accept this, if they were made from milled steel, but heatshield are made from ceramics that can handle 2000 degrees easily.

  12. This mod don't work at all. I've got null reference exceptions, can't enter anything in vab after recovery. This mod have any prerequisites? I don't have modulemanager installed.

  15. I wanted to share my creation, i spent a whole 3 hours of projecting. Mods used: Realism Overhaul required mods AIES Aerospace KW rocketry ALCOR capsule Mechjeb Kerbal engineer Procedural parts Procedural fairings I didn't use F1 engines, because KW and AIES don't come with single F1 engine, but a cluster of four. Instead i used RD-170 engines. If you want, you can change the RD-170 engines to F1 engines from FASA, and TWR will drop to 1.2, which was original TWR of saturn S-1c stage.   17. When RO will rescale LES? I want a real escape system, but not only the one that come with FASA, as it is tailored to the specific pod.
  18. Even better! I had no ullage motors on my lunar descent module, and RCS was to weak. I thought, "hey let's spin this shit up" i gained enough momentum so the fuel finally settled at the bottom of the tank.
  19. I know what was the cause of my problem! You can't use two kind of thrusters on the same vessel. I had hydrazine thrusters for command pod, and nmh+n2o4 thrusters for service module. Even if you set them like that, they switch to the last chosen kind.
  20. In my stupidity i used a normal heathshield... And now i will always bring more RCS on my pods. Though Apollo 11 hadn't any reaction wheels.
  21. Sadly it didn't work. I make few passes, but on the actual reentry heathshield overheated and bam. But now i have an interesting task, of a rescue mission in a great hurry.
