  1. Well, at least he got the poopy part right.
  2. I know there's about a million tutes and vids on this subject but I want to hear it directly from the general population, (Yeah, KSP is like a prison, Once you get in, you can't get out!) BUT,,,What's the best orbital altitude when doing the Apollo style thing? I know a circularized orbit is good, but how high or low? Where does that command mod need to be? Thanks for any input. Yes, I'm talking about a munar orbit
  3. Yeah, You can't "tweak" antennae's in the VAB (in stock)
  4. Nope, . You have to go out to the launch pad to check that out.
  5. After a while, I find the "Out in space" music gets a little gloomy and eerie. It would really be cool if there was an option to kick in some classical stuff like Beethoven or whatever!
  6. So stupid, and so disorganized ;;; I couldn't stop watching though.
  7. This is the best mod Iv'e seen come out in weeks! Gonna try it for sure, but not until the dust settles.
  8. I have never seen any of this flora. Noticed it in a few videos and I always figured it some mod!
  9. Okay, I'm pretty sure Taki is correct, however, may there or may there not be a "mod" for this?
  10. Heh, heh,,,What? Need some more detail here:confused:
  11. I think this is a great idea! It gets more of the community involved. I also like the idea of the different/or no mods for each challenge. Hope this works out. Oops, I forgot, I'm definitely IN.
  12. A lot of good ideas here, especially the "large gantry". And did you mention rocket sled track?!;;; What fun!!!, We can only dream.
  13. I cannot believe that you have not been scooped up yet!
  14. Totally with you on that. Depending on the type of craft, I usually apply the same action group numbers to the same function, for instance, a science vessel would be; 1. goo, 2. materials, 3. thermometer, so on and so forth. For me, any type of craft, if it's got solar panels it's always lucky No.7
  15. That's too funny with the numbers on the nav ball extending out over the edges of the speed indicator! ,,, nice job!
  16. O!M!G!, The asteroids are coming! Quickly run around in circles with arms flailing in the air! Sound the Emergency Alarm!,,,(Blaaart, Blaaart, Blaaart! "The asteroids are coming, the asteroids are coming! Chill.,.,., If you're not up to it, just don't track them
  17. No!!! This is the "Legend & the Truth".,.,.,.from the "Big Banana",,,,Just messin' with ya
  18. I know this may be old news to many but, where is the abandoned KSC? Is it on Kerbals equator? I faintly remember a KurtJMac video on this but don't really feel like diggin' through the history. Is there a Lat. & Long. for the location? Yeah, I'm lazy. Just wondering if there was any specific science to be drawn from it.
  19. That's what I call "crashing with style"! Was that Jeb I saw gloating in the aftermath?
  20. Tuku, I think that's a great looking rover! Also, I too lurk the forum quite a bit and know that all tips and suggestions you've received from these "Vets" is Good to go. Therefore, I haven't much more to add. However, I did notice one thing on your rover that made me go Huh? What is the purpose of those heavy duty landing legs that are mounted on the rover command pod? They're upside down so is that for up-righting the vehicle in case you flip over? Being "Heavy" duty would add to the top heaviness hence defeating the purpose. Or am I missing something here? Again, I think the basic design is pretty good, and the IVA view with the Alcor mod is really sweet! However I couldn't seem to find the kitchen sink.
