  1. You think you're having a bad day??? Jeb killed me!
  2. Banned for writing the letter 'R' more than 2 times in your post.
  3. Hmm... I wanna play fetch or chew on a bone or something :-p why am I doing neither? this sucks.
  4. True. If only I wasn't so darn busy with other silly things like grand tours, cargo SSTOs etc'... :-p The user below me uses a keyboard.
  5. Hey Papi, be sure to download from here. The download on the main thread is outdated.
  6. I'm neutral about it. The user below me isn't from a new found land.
  7. Nice! Plane handles well, lifts off without jumping off the runway's end, chose the lowest ground for landing... Perfect! ;] Skylid Jets (and rapier jet mode) work only on Kerbin & Laythe, Duna/Eve/Jool don't work because they don't have oxygen atmosphere.
  8. I'm relieved, to know i'm not the only Kerbal around.
  9. I was sure I seen all the part mods there are...! o _ O I looked again, it's still nowhere to be found :-S Thanks! dang, I was only looking where it has the [part] prefix ._. =============== That aside... here's an awesome picture of my grand tour rocket. Could this possibly work??? Nobody knows!!!¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also
  10. So... Grand tour of "Jeb" difficulty level is what everyone does now? o - o I think mine is ready too. Aside from everything, what could possibly go wrong??? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Lifter suffers from a minor case of floppy rocket syndrome, but with careful enough piloting staging can go smoothly. - Added an additional couple of branches to the transfer-asparagus of the main ship, so it should cover the outer solar system. - Added a spare capsule - this time the universal-lander will visit Pol & Bop in one flight. - Eve transfer flies unmanned and parks itself at Eve, after that serves as a fuel depot - from there the main ship continues to the inner solar system. - The one main ship flies to all bodies with all of it's 5 crew members. Gonna be a bit cramped in there! Q . Q
  11. Can anyone tell which mods these capsules are from? (behind and in front of the Taurus)
  12. Banned for using a foreign language, and also for wielding a pan... x-b.
  13. That answered my question! I'll have you know that I'm extremely comfortable with Paint, my screenshots on that page are to perfect scale I only needed to know that i'm not just overworking this.
  14. Here's my method: - turn off symmetry - put tiny cubic strut to the side of a fuel tank(or anything else) - put an intake on both ends of the cube (facing forward!) - grab the cube - turn on symmetry - place it! OR you can use small fuel tanks, and place the intake on both ends (facing forward!) Just remember to turn on symmetry only after you placed your intakes on the cube/fuel-tank.
  15. Fantastic plugin. But i got a question: When I take pictures of crafts of different sizes, put them together in Paint, they are not to scale. How can i have all my craft blueprints to scale? is there something I missed? I just keep seeing people's screenshots featuring their entire fleets, with all crafts compared to each other in size. I used my own stupid method: keep fiddling with the in-game increase/decrease size until I get it to perfect scale. is this how everyone else did that? :-/ (yeah, I'm good with Paint's re-sizing too, but that changes the outlines' thickness)
  16. Why do you need debug menu? I never needed to use it. I wanna point out a couple of problems with your design - - you're using those long cones, each weights 400 kilograms. You have about 17 tons of them! O_O - Some of the intakes are pointed sideways: they are losing their effect if they aren't pointed to prograde!
  17. There isn't a fuel tank inside the fuel tank, if that's what you thought I meant! O_O I was trying to explain why the probe core looks as it is slightly sunken into the central tank. But never mind that, I decided to go for a new design with a big, enclosed cozy capsule. I don't know what I was thinking, making another one of those chair-rockets... xD The Eve ascent vehicle works perfectly, all that is left is to test the Eve transfer drive.
  18. It wasn't easy, but I managed to make good wheels for my new Eve ascent vehicle. The wheels' grip is something otherworldly, even a mere TWO of these wheels could pull this 200t monstrosity up a hill. Wheels are protected by the game's finest shock absorbers: small gear bay! Later I put it on my multiple-mission rocket. Just gotta test one of the transfer drives before I do the mission :^3 Also made some blueprints: - The experimental grand-tour rocket; - My Jool-5 challenge entry rocket; - An Eve rocket
  19. Here's some of mine =) Experimental grand tour rocket; The rocket I used for my Jool-5 entry; An Eve rocket. All lifted by 2-stages to orbit lifters.
  20. Interesting concept, gonna have to try that one.
  21. I will enjoy going from the driver's seat to the bathroom without having to exit the airlock.
  22. Been waiting for this too, I was afraid you have quit! I feel you! x-] And as for Kerbals that don't turn... you sure you didn't press "Alt" accidentally? o -o I've been bothered by it for a quite a while until i figured it out - press Alt to walk like in "jetpack mode", press Alt again to walk normally.
  23. Like in all my previous saves: Out of fuel while headed interstellar due to an unplanned gravity assist.
