Yeah, but I figure it would be easier for the user of the mod to just have it be a Planetfactory mod than change the entirety of their game. Check out Real solar system for something like this.

Well, IF we were to add Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars and so on, we would have a very cluttered system with a Kerbin and Earth orbiting relatively close, and it would be awkward. Poryy suggested we just add a star 10 AU and build from there.

Currently under development, the Sol Project is a Co-operative between Poryy and myself to recreate the solar system through Kragethea's brilliant mod: Planet Factory:Creator's edition. Since we plan to create all of the analogue planets, Adding planets such as Mercury, Venus, and Earth was going to be an issue with the pre-existing KSP planets getting in the way of what we create. To solve this, *Sol will be a star orbiting Kerbol on the order of about 10 AU away*, and scaled down to a 1/10 size scale. We don't plan on doing every single moon/planet there is, just the major moons/planets such as Io, Europa, Ganymede, etc. Updates will be posted as we go through the system, and feel free to ask questions! Progress: Saturn is in game with rings, other moons are being worked on. Titan only needs an Ocean, and the atmosphere looks great. With radius values in, Go and orbit your planet, press Ctrl-9 and hit create scaled

So I just updated the moon Miranda's texture, should it stay, or should I make it seem more...resolute? Update: yeah, the texture was really bugging me and I felt I could do much better, so I did. New texture with better detail is what Miranda has, check it out!

Hey Poryy. So, I have had a request to recreate the solar system, using PlanetFactory, but doing this lone would Take forever. So,I thought it would be pretty cool to try a co-operative to try and complete this PM me if you like!

I'll see what i can start, maybe ill ask Poryy and a couple others.

I have fixed an issue with Indus, didn't catch it before, the atmosphere should work just fine now!

Hmm, I may run into some RAM issues there, seeing as though I have trouble running all three of my systems as is. I may try making the analogue planets sometime in the future, but I would probably need some collaborative assistance from other Planet creators But for the time being, check out Real solar system with the universe replacer mod, that has the planets.

use drop box, add the files inside the drop-box folder, then send the folder to a compressed zip file, then hit share link on drop-box for the zip folder. that link is the download link.

Ok, so from what I see, your atmospheric configurations are all fine, but to get the color you want, I dont think you can use the .cfg from the planet there, use the clouds mod for this. If you need help with that, just PM me

What exactly do you mean? procedural planets would be too hard, if that's what.

Post the .cfg code, and ambiance is complicated, at least for me, I use the clouds mod for coloring atmospheres.

What is the issue? is the ambient color not showing, and you have an atmosphere, or your atmosphere is all whack, etc.? I may be able to help!

XD you literally are a day late, I had moved my pluto-charon analogue planets to become moons of the gas giants, Hypatos and Vela, I can crete one for you though, will probably be up tonight! This is what it looked like:
