  1. Yeah, well, solar panels don't allow you to fly in the night, do they?
  2. I know im Obsessed with hiding RTGs in most of my vehicles, but this is ridiculous!
  3. Honestly, anything our engineers build to replace the Centrifuge is guranteed to not be safe. .....Especially that.
  4. Just calmly cruising around at the speed of- oh. PANIC! AAAAH!
  5. My naming system: Think of simple name (example: Big Rocket) Use only the capital letters for the name (BR) Add random number (BR-43) Give things nicknames (different example: GR-51 Anomaly) Forget to give things nicknames after the 15th time Spend a minute remembering what the things without nicknames look like
  6. I tried making a Boeing-like Mk3 atmospheric plane, but it always falls apart on landing.
  7. For some reason, i love how in 0.25, the 0.24.2 version was considered incompatible by KSP, and yet in 0.90, it is considered compatible(despite propellers not having animations)
  8. Most of you may know, that before the Beta and/or 0.25 Mk1/Mk3 Plane parts(Mk1 to a lesser extent), Aerodynamic parts(More noticeably, the control surfaces) looked and/or behaved differently. Sure i could go search the Add-on releases for Mk1 parts, and wait 5 minutes longer for Mk3 parts, but i, having a bit of fascination with broken down things that still miraculously work, would like to see those parts in such appearance! Scrapped, Decommisioned, Broken-Down, or however you may call it. Torn-off panels, broken windows, rust in some spots, dents, broken levers and buttons along with wires sticking out in the IVA view, maybe even the third seat in the Mk3 cockpit could be completly broken! Those would be the details i could imagine seeing on such "forgotten and abandoned(by kerbals)" parts.
  9. I just got an idea 5 seconds ago...
  10. The Tier 1 Astronaut Complex seems to have pictures of ancient versions of KSP in it.
  11. Well, except erasing the former Mk3 parts completly, but you know, only i would have used those for an air-breathing plane
  12. EDIT: Okay, maybe i didn't chek my information a bit, but still, nowadays European trucks are usually flat nosed, atleast the big ones, even RAF made its latest trucks flat nosed.
  13. I am gonna go out on a limb and say that it got its name and design from the car "Lotus Elise". And the fact that it got its colors from the one of the more famous of Lotus' racing colors.
  14. I do have two planes i have yet to show off. Flies surprisingly stable Flies surprisingly manuverab.....ly? Im just gonna say that it is a word now.
  15. Test driving vehicles? Ech, too much hard work.
  16. The last one sounds like a kerbal engineering fault to me! Because when i used TR-2L, they stayed on the vehicle. However, my company has got several instances where it has shipped our vehicles and/or wheels with loose bolts.
  17. Well, my friend! it only does 14.5 m/s because it doesn't have RTGs! put about 8-10 RTGs on it and it should do about 21.5 m/s! Well, that, and the fact that the TR-2L is a bit bigger, and wider. Don't worry, you'll get used to "looks" over performance.
  18. The vibe i seem to be getting from this: The official blog post: Mostly positive about this. This Thread: Mostly negative about this.
  19. I wonder if there is gonna be an Alt+F12 thing to change the tier of the space center.... Or one to make the Barn be as useful as the top tier....
  20. Chris Kerman Kenny Kerman Seegas Kerman Lozer Kerman Ferwell Kerman Derny Kerman What a colourful cast of characters i have here!
  21. Kerbal 1: Night time again, huh. Kerbal 2: Time flies by fast. Kerbal 1: Any planned launches? Kerbal 2: No, not right now, currently. Kerbal 1: Then what are those red lights on the ground above the launch pad? Kerbal 2: It looks like... THE SPACE KRAKEN!!!! Kerbal 1: Two things. One, do you know the difference between the Kraken and his younger brother, The Space Kalmari? Two, OH MY JEB! ITS THE SPACE KALMARI!! Kerbal 2: I think its flying to the VAB! Kerbal 1: What would it want there, is there any craft on the VAB? Kerbal 2: Well, there is the VTOL... Kerbal 3: Help! Something is pulling my craft up! Kerbal 1: ITS TAKING THE VTOL!!! Kerbal 2: You come back with that VTOL! Kerbal 1: The Space Kalmari just disappeared with the Vtol... Kerbal 2: What if it took the VTOL to eat it, or took it to... Fully revive the Kraken? Kerbal 1: Who was the pilot? Kerbal 2: Lemberry Kerman, he isn't a very experienced pilot. Kerbal 1: Phew, good thing it wasn't Jeb. Kerbal 2: 6 Arms... Flying... Say, Rayrim, name 6 sub-categories of planes and rockets. Kerbal 1/Rayrim: VTOL, Seaplane, SSTO, Lander, Satellite, and Space Station. Kerbal 2: AH! Rayrim: Whats wrong, Malwell? Kerbal 2/Malwell: What if, to fully revive the Kraken, the Kalmari needs to bring these 6 vehicles in that order to the Kraken's body on Bop? Rayrim: I think you are being a bit paranoid. Malwell: Either that, or you listed the Kalmari's lunch menu.
