  1. MechJeb. Doing another orbital launch.. Yawn. And it is absolutely fantastic for docking when lag is an issue. The information whilst building is excellent as well. I'd have quit this game until Unity updated if not for the ability to dock with MJ. I have over 500 hours in this game (according to Steam) and at least 400 of those were without MechJeb. I think I've earned a few automatic orbits and not having to suffer through excruciatingly laggy docking sessions. http://i1081.photobucket.com/albums/j350/jas1126/KSPTime_zps3c8993c3.png' alt='KSPTime_zps3c8993c3.png'>
  2. Threw this together just to see how it would handle the enormous Kerbin of RSS. Seriously? XD /facepalm (P.S. I had a malfunction with the staging.)
  3. I have both of those mods but have never seen the option to strut while EVA'd. KJR, I haven't really seen much difference in the docking ports being stronger. Is there a special docking port that I've missed? Thanks.
  4. I was wondering if there's a mod that strengthens docking ports. Or, one that allows us to strut things while EVA'd. Strengthened to the point in which I can connect two ships and fly them as one to a new location. Thanks and happy gaming.
  5. I would finally build massive space stations like those seen in X3: Albion Prelude. Oh, to dream.
  6. I was experimenting with Kethane and noticed the Kerbal Unreconstitutionator. This device "Blends" Kerbonauts into Kethane. 15 minutes later: "Huh, I get three Kerbonauts to the orbit." The ship used (which needs work (Has an unseen booster stage up top)): http://i1081.photobucket.com/albums/j350/jas1126/KerbalKethaneShip_zps8b1b4abb.png' alt='KerbalKethaneShip_zps8b1b4abb.png'>
  7. Possible real-time damage from an asteroid collision? That'd be cool.
  8. Only time my Kerbonauts die lately is when the game kills them. BSOD or they suddenly explode on the terrain (usually whilst on a mountain cliff.) When I first started playing the game I had a couple of occasions when I would run out of fuel. I've long since learned from those mistakes. It's actually fairly difficult to accidentally kill or have them stranded lately.
  9. This mission was far from successful but will always be a memory to learn from. I was learning about KSP Interstellar and finally figured out how to get the warp drive fully functional (well, I thought anyway). I activated the drive thinking that I needed to charge it up or whatever (details are fuzzy as this was months ago) and it shot straight into Kerbin. Now, this would be a quick oops and a restart but I just so happened to have the two cheats enabled (concerning structural integrity/crash damage negation) and my ship bounced off of Kerbin and started tearing through space towards Mun. I panicked and tried to shut down the engine via Right-Click and managed to shut it down 8.2km from the surface of the Mun traveling around 30Km/s. Needless to say, that didn't go well.. Fun times. lol
  10. Modded. Anything that adds parts and difficulty. I don't use any aesthetic mods. In fact, I lower every graphical option to minimum just so I can have more mods.
  11. I wish they'd punish people that do that with a 3 day ban at minimum. Kerbal Spaceport is literally the last place I'd go for ships. It's an absolute mess.

    Looking..

Thanks for the options so far. Really liking the choices.
  13. I felt like being crazy for a day. >.> Tiny: 384 Thor class booster rockets. Space Or Bust: Both were great successes.
  14. Not to insult the intelligence of the mod who placed this here but.. This was a joke. Not to be taken as a mission report. Nobody in their right mind would build something that ridiculous just to get a pod alone into LKO. XD
  15. I say they're lucky. Very lucky. We get this one life and for them to live on Mars (Heck, just getting to travel to space) is something that I will always envy. Bitterly..... While I sip my coffee on bland ol' Earth. (Did I mention my bitter envy?) *cough*
  16. Very sorry about the double post.
  17. Turn profile? My friend, with the lag I was experiencing I was lucky to get this thing to even budge. LOL I started the gravity turn at 6km and it finally decided to get to the proper position at around 13km. I know, right? I was expecting to have to edit this thing a half a dozen times to even get it off of the pad in one piece. I really appreciate Squad strengthening the structures.
  18. I had zero problems with this ship on its first flight (struts are your friend!). I'm still quite shocked.. I think the upper stage could use a couple of more struts though. It did wobble slightly towards the end of the flight (had me very worried). I believe the key is to only decouple the primary decoupler (center) on each stage and place all of the radial decoupler's so that they're never activated.
  19. With over half of the upper stage booster power to spare. I had to eject them and use the center rocket for course correction. This ship would have sent me out of the entire solar system (I know, I did a second test).
  20. They mocked me. Called me insane! Saying I was wasting my time! I SHOWED THEM! The moment Jebediah placed his hand on my disheartened shoulder not saying a word. I knew... I knew I had to do it. After I locked the fools in the utility closet, Jebediah and I went to work. We would get that MKI pod into Low Kerbin Orbit! After several days our dream was realized. I PRESENT TO YOU: TINY! Sporting 384 Thor class booster rockets, we were determined to get that pod into LKO! Muahahaha!! "So... Um... How do I get back?" I.... Oops...

    Looking..

I'm looking for a game that has amazing music. Hard rock, metal, heavy metal. No lyrics needed. Just some amazing riffs. The genre and price don't matter to me. Just something, that when I enter a stage, it blows my mind! Thanks very much in advance and happy gaming.
  22. Ah, I see. I didn't know about the 2,000 part issue. Thanks for the heads up. The only thing I did with the ships core was move it up. No rotation or movements from side to side. Perhaps when I moved the part up it was slightly shifted.
  23. As you can see in my previous post, simply moving the TT18-A's one space over (never moved the rest of the ship) fixed it. Not even sure how somebody could use a fixed property (symmetry mode) wrong. XD Well, unless they edited themselves. Either way, the ship looks fairly symmetrical.
  24. I adjusted the TT18-A's one rocket over (to the right) and it fixed the problem. That's why I had come to the previously stated conclusion.
