Pick up a craft file here (CTRL+C outside of game) -> (CTRL+V in the VAB): Sample Submission: CLUB MEMBER BENEFITS Pictured Above: The Newest Iteration of Club Member Coin- Representing the sentiment that Early Access really is for those brave enough to venture into KSP2 while the enemy is scaled to unreasonable difficulty. Featuring the flagship "OneOscar" FG reaching beyond Kerbin despite the challenges faced... (Or maybe it represents despondance, the crew report just says, "We've got to get outta here! The Kraken is coming!" which has officially been interpreted by Administration to be read as excitement rather than fear) Other flair: Members will be eligible to wear earned Flair in their Signature. All members automatically earn the "OneOscar" Coin. "OneOscar" Club challenge coins (see post below) can be earned once you are a member. Coins are optional. The real joy will be the OneOscar in your arsenal. (Badges are an honor system reward. Take one from the screen and resize it on Postimages — free image hosting / image upload for your signature) *Remember this is a club, not a gang. But if we start needing our own subcategories within challenges, then so be it. 2. The challenge: Make an aircraft carrier out of stock parts (Visual mods and Airplane Plus allowed). Difficulty Levels: Easy: Aircraft Carrier with one plane that can take off and land. Medium: Aircraft Carrier with multiple planes that can take off and land. Hard: FLYING Aircraft Carrier with one or more plane(s) that can takeoff and land on the FLYING carrier. Rules: I need screen shots for proof. No other mods than the ones listed above (unless upon request). Here is the Badge: Here is the Badge if you manage to make a working flying carrier (made by @ColdJ). Here are some photos of my carrier: It can takeoff and land a single micro fighter. And then rearm it for more flight (it uses parachutes for landing). Vessel mover is ok for floating carriers only! The flying carrier must take off on its own. Go be creative and have fun!
  3. This is a reboot of the original challenge made by @Jeb-head-mug kerman This challenge has changed many times in the 3 (now 4) reboots that it has had. I'm going to add a bit of my own flavor to it. The general rules will stay the same though. The Goal: The goal is simple. Build a plane that will go hypersonic. What is hypersonic? Well here is what the last thread said: So pretty much the goal is to get over 3000 m/s. In atmosphere and under 50 km. Some basic rules: No mods No cheats DLCs are ok No editing .cfg files All records must be while the craft is under 50 km. The apoapsis does not need to be sub 50 km. Switch your Navball to surface velocity, not orbital. (Not a disqualifying rule, just quality of life for me) Reentry heating must be at 100%. You can go above that but any less is not allowed. Leaderboard: Highest speed - Manned: @ColdJ 4043 m/s @Philae_Rosetta2021 3861 m/s @visor2580 3301.8 m/s @percyPrune 3228.1 m/s (Landed afterwards) Highest speed - Unmanned: @camacju 25606.46 m/s @Kerminator K-100 6252 m/s @ColdJ 4334 m/s @chadgaskerman 3067.27 m/s (Water landing afterwards) Waverider leaderboard: @camacju 25606.46 m/s Hermes leaderboard: @ColdJ 4043 m/s @Philae_Rosetta2021 3861 m/s @visor2580 3301.8 m/s @percyPrune 3228.1 m/s (Landed afterwards) Glider leaderboard: @chadgaskerman 3067.27 m/s (Water landing afterwards) Ballistic leaderboard: @Kerminator K-100 6252 m/s @ColdJ 4334 m/s You can complete the challenge in multiple classes, detailed below: Waverider: Hermes: Glider: Ballistic: Badges: Yes the part you've all been waiting for, the badges! They have been updated from the original and there are more now. Completing the challenge: 3500 m/s: 4000 m/s: 5000 + m/s: How to submit: Plenty of pictures or a video. Follow all rules Picture of your record and proof that you are under 50km
  4. I've started a challenge, and I want to make a badge, but I don't know what sizes badges usually are. It would really help if I got some approximate dimensions.
  5. Hello, As you may know I am not a newbie to KSP itself. But the forums, that's a whole nother story. I made have a few posts and submissions for some Challenges and many pleas for help. This is one of them. My question is how do you get a badge like the K-Prize badge, My Craft on Kerbal X and those ones that look like this: Can someone also post a link for the challenges that these are featured in? And yes, I have found the thread for the K-Prize but don't know how to obtain it. I have posted a few crafts on Kerbal X in my Kerbal X account (so I should qualify for the My Craft On Kerbal X badge.) And have built a few SSTOs so I should also qualify for the K-Prize (After I post the proof of the voyage, of course). But still contrasting my ability to successfully crash the game easily, skillfully and professionally, I am still a 'new guy' here. plz help Note: I am aware that you place these in your signature.

  7. I've seen several people(kerbals) put some nice badges that I assume is related to KSP challenges under their posts. How can I get them, and what badges are (or were) existent? A list of badges and links for them would be really the thing I want, but I couldn't find any, so I'd like to learn about those. Thanks!(in advance)
  8. Hi All I am a novice on forums and please need some help. A Duna challenger badge was given to me (thanks @Badie) and I tried to install it but it appears much too large. How do I fix this???? Thanks
  9. Hey! It is cratercracker with his mumblings again and today i am showing off a project that i will work for a long time, for it to be as good as possible! It is specially designed to look good in signatures and mission reports (in terms of mission report, just put it in the first post to show your progress) 1.Kerbin. (you need to scale those down to 100 if you are putting it in your signature) One black line on the right means one ship, two-more than one. Rhombus means unmanned, square is manned, rectangle at the left means randezvous. White line means return. Manned: 2.Kerbol Unmanned: (no return, because kerbin randezvous is a randezvous too) Manned: 3.Mun (now rhombus means that you went to there controlled, so square means randezvous, this applies to all pictures further up) And yeah, circle with a triengle inside means landing. Special thanks to @Urses Landed: Special patch pack! Craft tester/moder Combat general/aerial developer Normal player Space program host/Company CEO
