I feel like something with ESA is likely, since ESA logos were added in .90 without any ESA parts or new missions. The partnership with ESA could be like the one with NASA for .23.5. Seems like ESA would be down for an AMA, especially if the tie-in is Rosetta/Philae related.

Now that's an interesting idea. Provided it does not affect single-player play at all I could get behind a big name being involved in the multiplayer side of things. After all, we know that Squad's own servers struggle sometimes (ie when a new update is released).

Hopefully its a SpaceX pack with a reworked loading distance so we can actually land our spent stages and put things into orbit at the same time. This would be common practice if it weren't for that 2.5km load distance.

Perhaps the partnership is with either Boeing or Space Xand we will be getting a new capsule based on one of the CCtCap designs. Would coincide with adding an additional named Kerbal.

I can't believe anyone hasn't said this yet, but KSP themed fireworks. Actual rocket explosives that actually fly and explode, designed after the parts you all know and love (to make explode in game). Three sizes! Duct tape them together in stacks, radially, with actual asparagus, whatever! Yell out MOAR BOOSTERS over and over until it no longer becomes funny (edit: it never becomes not funny) as you wake everyone who lives within a kilometer with a KSP themed explosion!

Obviously it is a SpaceX partnership. Squad will add an in game option to convert .craft files into blueprints, and email them to the SpaceX workshops where they will build them for real.

I think you are off by an hour. Typical Devnote Tuesday is somewhere around 17:00 CST, it's 16:00 now. Of course that doesn't guarantee anything, sometime it's earlier (very rarely), sometimes it's later (more common, as late as 19:00).

EDIT: and as luck would have it, it's early today. Probably the first time I've seen it before I left work.
