Hello everyone! Because I couldn't choose which of my backlogged craft threads to stick, I'm putting the lot here, take a look :D

Foxster loves his rocket, and so do I, so I think you will too, it's a very 50's design and the only thing it's lacking is raygun toting space heroes and heroines wearing aluminium foil, facing off against Kerbals in rubber Kraken costumes :)

The old style not suit you? Then Dark Jim's Energia and Buran should be more to your liking, it's all stock, and very, very impressive.

I have wanted to feature this for ages, it's just too cute not to, Upsilon Aerospace has made what has to be the smallest shuttle in KSP, seriously this should be stock :)

Addon users rarely fail to impress with their ingenuity, Pandoras Kitten really impresses with this "Rotary-Winged VTOL Rocket with Free-Spinning Center Section, Inspired by Roton Rotary & Triebflugel"

If I tried to say that too many times I'd be spinning just as much as this crafts center section :)

Something a little off-beat now, Noorm has made a charming little monowheel rover, it's great for tearing around the KSC, and cheap on tires.

Finally, a true space ship, a space sailing ship, Adesters Flying Dutchman!

Helm, second star on the right, and straight on till morning :)

Well done Rune, a simple yet capable craft. And upsilons little shuttle is so cute. I can't comment on the others though.

I admit to being a little confused by this post. Can a mod sticky their own thread? And are the choices your personal choices?

Rune, the reusable booster really made the craft special in my opinion :)

MajorJim, I didn't want to stick 7 posts in the SE as it'd be too much clutter, this thread is an extension of the TOTM because of that.

The choices are a mix of what I thought stood out, not necessarily always the best or biggest, it's nice to mix in stuff that is cool but may have been overlooked :)

And how frequently will this be updated?

I actually like the idea of just sal_vager's favorites, I'm worried that if there was a vote people would be unhappy with the results and it would turn into a popularity contest. Just my 2 cents.

Well, you do have a point. How about sal suggests some crafts to us and tell us to pick from those?

I think this would be a good idea. Honestly, having the whole Spacecraft Exchange Crafts of the month be based on one man's preference seems a bit.. strange.

Plus, there are lots of crafts out there that don't get the popularity they deserve, no matter how well-designed they are.

Yup, we already have ways to vote among based on popularity, Threads of the month are a way to have an impartial outsider's judgement... And quite an established thing. Glad that the one in the spacecraft exchange increases scope this way, by showing more ships.

Rune. You can't make everybody happy anyway.

Edit: Reopening the thread now with a few thoughts. As always, if you see a potential problem on the forums, hit the report button. That's usually the fastest way to get our attention.

As sal said, the craft in this thread are just some that he felt deserved a temporary spotlight. They're not necessarily the biggest, best, or most popular. There are so many different ways to view one craft as better than another (e.g., simplicity, complexity, size, detail, performance) that we will never come close to agreeing which are the best. If you see a craft with a style you like, you might use some of the techniques in your own crafts. You can show your support for it by +repping the creator, rating the thread, or posting to highlight which aspects you appreciated.

Nah, this thread happened because I had a ton of craft I wanted everyone to see, usually it's one thread stickied in each forum section I found something cool in, except addons as DJY likes to keep everything just so, there's modding mondays for that anyway.
