Moddeling/texture help wanted! (Can't model myself)

Recommended Posts

Hi

Sadly i can't model and i dont have the time and operating system to learn it. (Using Linux :)

However, I got into the modding scene of KSP for some fun and learning for me. Now I made a science mod and surprisingly it is liked a by the community.

Now it would be nice to get some models for it.

Here it is: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/120094-1-02-Mkerb-Inc-Science-Instruments-%28New-models-wanted%29%29?p=1924155#post1924155

Would anyone volunteer and make some ?

My design ideas:

ABS:

- No ideas yet

KKL:

- Some round tube with a base and some collered sqares at a cube who stands in the hole of the tube.

LTE:

- Some sort of sand-clock mixed with tech stuff.

KSE:

-No ideas yet

Thanks a lot!

Blender.org for Blender - 3d modeling and animation software, open source, definitely works on Linux

gimp.org for gimp, general image manipulation program - a Photo-shop-like program, again open source and definitely for Linux.

Your main issue is Unity, even though projects made in Unity are portable to Linux, the editor itself does not run natively (only windows and Mac OSX) - it will work through Wine though, and the limited ways you use it for KSP part making that shouldn't be a problem.
