Aeronautical Re-Engineering

Here\'s a challenge;

Build a plane that matches a REAL plane as close as kerbally possible.

and make it FLY!!

Competitors have to guess witch plane the others have build.

so only show some pictures, if you did a good job we\'ll recognize witch plane you have build!

You may use any mod available, even model new parts if you want to.

To start off I tried to build one of my favorites: the SR-71 BlackBird, or whitebird in this case:

And not, say, MiG-1.44, Su-7, and A-10? Because it seems confusing for an F-22 to have canards, and a MiG-21 to have swept wings... ???

B-57 Canberra?

Yup. I made it from an image of the B-57A I found on wikipedia. It does not fly very well in KSP.

Great video!

I had to do some searching, but I believe that\'s an Avro Vulcan bomber!

Those inlets in the wing look really good

Avro Vulcan.

Take a guess at these!

The first one is easy, the second one might take you a bit longer.

Eurofighter Typhoon

Harrier jumpjet?

Eurofighter Typhoon

Harrier jumpjet?

Yes and no, though I can see why you could think that.

I could post another pic so you can see the design better.

No on both counts. Admittedly I could have modeled this a little bit better but that threw off the proportions. Plus a coat of black paint would have made it look better too. hint hint
