Who here on the Forum is a Cuber?

I've got a modded 3x3x3 (It's covered in LEGO bricks of the face color, because why not? :P), a 4x4x4, and a 5x5x5.

I can solve them all of course. :)

(I might need to look up an algorithm for a particularly tricky parity now and again on the 4x4x4 and 5x5x5)

I used to be able to solve a standard 3x3x3 back when they were new, but I had to buy a book to do it. Before I bought the book, I could solve the top face and 2 rows down the sides, but the bottom face would stymie me.

Now my kids have them, and they couldn't be bothered. At least now I only had to look on the Web to solve it.

I never messed with the other sizes, and the sphere is just a rounded cube.

and the sphere is just a rounded cube.

Not entirely true. The one I have wasn't "sanded and rounded" from a cube. It has a similar core as a cube. But the pieces were made to make it a sphere, not a cube. It's the same concept though, 6 faces with 9 colored pieces on each side. I'll put up a picture later. :)
