That said, half the time I pronounce it like "pawl", and half like "pole". On topic, I pronounce it "drayce", though "drayz" or "drays" would also be close. I like the long E sound. Actually, I think he and I pronounce all of the names of the various Kerbal Space Program planets and moons the same way. Funny, that. And yeah, I would also recommend Manley on regards to pronunciations, if not for the fact that the way he pronounces out might not be too readily apparent to everyone.
