Please help.... Lost nowhere to go

I've been searching all day and I can't find an answer. It doesn't help that I am computer illiterate. My question is I'm buying a laptop. I'm on a budget. I'm looking at the acer aspire e5-573g. Will this run ksp? Is there a better direction to go? Budget is 700 U.S. I'm pretty positive this has been answered here before but like I said, I have searched all day and I still have no clue and I am 20X's as frustrated. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Short answer: That laptop will run KSP, but not nearly as well as a comparably priced desktop will.

Thank you. I know it won't run as well as a desktop but my current situation prevents me from having one. I'm a truck driver. Trucks and desktops does not a good match make.
