I hate when cargobays aren't long enough, I like having stuff in my cargo bays.

I'm liking a lot of these suggestions. One that I haven't seen so far but would be nice would be a 3.75m heavy aerospike engine, for better efficiency in a first stage at the cost of less raw thrust than a Mammoth.

I'd also love to have a lot more science experiment parts as well - let's say, for example, an optical space telescope that we can IVA in to actually peer through at various targets, or an X-ray telescope, a scientific sample-return device, magnetometer on a deployable boom, radiation meters and particle counters and spectrometers... there's a lot of possibilities here! If they can display some kind of useful data that provides more than mere science points that'd be even better.

My most-desired parts at the moment, all aimed at reducing part counts and/or improving aesthetics:

- A 2.5m LF-only tank for nuclear rocket use.

- A 2.5m SRB, so I don't need to cluster them like this.

- A 1.25m crew can (I understand this is coming in 1.1)

- A 2.5m equivalent to the Rapier or Turboramjet. I know there is a 2.5m jet coming but it doesn't seem to be suitable for spaceplanes. Not sure why we have so many airliner parts in a space game.

Really though, I wish that the older rocket parts would get an art pass bringing them up to the standard of the newer spaceplane parts. It's quite visually jarring when they are used together.

Tweakables for parts, and part name/tag searcher. This could allow more parts to be added. Something like tweakscale, but it would switch to another existing. Not only size, but functionality could be changed.There could be 3 options: diameter; size; usage. These are all obvious, expect for usage: for rockets: SRB, Lower-stage, Mid-stage, Upper-stage, Nuke, and radial. With planes: Basic jet, Turbojet, RAPIER, ect.

And new parts?

2m nukes, all nukes nerfed in a different way (not by lowering TWR) (I will make a suggestion thread of this soon)

3m upper-stage engine. Great efficiency, but no ugility stuffs such as gimbal or power gen. *Edit: lower thrust. Maybe 1000? You know... Analog with the terrier and the poodle.

I have edited. I tought it's obvious that it is not havig as much thrust so that it can be used as a mid-or-lower stage engine. Analog with the Terrier and the Poodle.
