JR R&R release

I'm starting work on a part mod that also adds more resources as of 25th Oct, but I need a tutorial on modelling and texturing before JR R&R can be released without licensing issues. Can anybody comment a link to a typed tutorial? I am useless at following video tutorials. Hope you guys like my mod when it comes out. I've only got three fuel tanks CFGed. They still have stock textures but I want them a bit more utilitarian in texture.

(I need to borrow things from Kethane,B9 Aerospace,Lack Luster Labs and a few more)

Also, I believe it's ok to release cfg edits of stock parts if you want people to test your mod while you make art assets.

Just what I was looking for! In fact, it was the exact one I wanted! I had lost the page.

I still use other mod's part models so they will get annoyed if I upload their parts with modded CFGs.
