I tried my best, but practically nothing in my ideas is friendly for anyone, so... eh, they can delete it if they must, I'm okay with that :D

Crowds of Kerbals show up to every one of your launches to stop you from going to space, so you'll have a high chance of exploding dues to the Molotov's they throw at your rocket, as well as a high chance of killing them from your hasty launches.

Oh, you'll also see them RUDing your rockets in the VAB if your in it for longer than a half hour.

HygieneMod

If you get this mod, your Kerbal's (Females especially ((No offense to females reading this)) will want their hygiene products) will start demanding to have hygiene products on their missions -- otherwise, they won't do anything, not even reentering Kerbin's atmosphere, however, the orange suits will last 50% longer than other Kerbanaut's.

DSP (Darker Space Program)

- Hear your kerbanauts weep and say farewell to their families as they go on suborbital trajectory with no chutes, drift off into deep space with no fuel, get stranded on a planet, etc. Mass hysteria and panic is also a possible reaction, as is suicide.

- Witness your kerbals lose their sanity as they remain in a cramped pod for years. That includes entertaining scenes, such as convulsions, insane fits, etc.

- Hear your kerbals scream in horror as they get forced overboard by you, falling to their deaths. They also scream as they char and break apart when reentering.

- Blood and decapitation included.

- Wernher Von Kerman (is that his name?) has his actual, real history in-game. In real life, Wernher had to run from Germany because of an order to execute him if the war was lost. Also, he chose slave labour to manufacture his V2s, killing more people than the V2 itself.

- There is a new character, and you can choose to be in his space program. His name is Serkei Korolev. He is constantly under pressure from the USSK (Krussian, not Russian) government, and was once in a Kulag, denounced by a man named Valentin Klushko. Klushko works with Korolev throughout the career mode, and they constantly argue with each other. A bonus: if working for the Krussian space program, one of your early career mode rockets will explode due to an electrical short-circuit. The scene will be filled with screaming kerbals, convulsing and burning (just like in the actual, real-life event! Yay!).

The events described with Wernher von Braun and Sergei Korolev actually happened in real life. As did the event with the rocket short-circuit, but not many people know about that one.

Also, I think Nikita Khrushchev (can't kerbalize his name, has too many "K"s in it already) should play a part in the Krussian Space Program idea.

Realism Overhaul Overhaul: 

You now have to build rockets piece by piece and program the telemetry and pay for them with your own money. A mod to instantly do away with trial-by-error engineering. Adds gulls. Removes timewarp. 

Honor Guard Redux:

Plays Amazing Grace when you crash a rocket. Complete with procedural sobbing and hysterical news reporters.

Mad Max mod:

If a kerbal is unhealthy due to a food/disease mod, you can use another kerbal as a blood bag.

You can tie a kerbal to the front of the craft. Gives new types of crew report.

Gain reputation for destroyed craft if explosion was witnessed by another Kerbal.

Adds overdrive options to most engines. Most of the overdrive options are dangerous.

Replaces white space suits with leather suits.

Adds that Tina Turner song to the soundtrack completely free (just $0,99 to remove).

Adds a V8 engine

Adds extra exhausts to all engines and a lot of other parts

Realtime Mod.

There are even faster warp options. If you click on the fastest option (or have a trillion-year coffee break), Kerbol will expand into a red giant, enveloping Kerbin. You would see the Kerbol system change as time goes on. You will be able to see Kerbalkind go extinct, Kerbin becoming a second Eve, etc.

I'm releasing three new mods:

Kerbal Atrophy Program

Kerbals now feel the effects of prolonged exposure to 0-G and slowly turn into boneless blobs incapable of moving on high-gravity bodies.

Great Expectation Tourists

Kerbal Tourists are now upper class snobs and expect a quality vacation. Includes several new modules including suites, bathrooms, five star dining and entertainment. Tourism contracts will pay less if not completed swiftly and in order, and their rich families will sue the pants off your space program if you let your tourists die or don't bring them home in time.

G-Force Killer

10g or more is enough to injure a Kerbal. This can make them black out and/or unable to go EVA for a period of time.

15g or more is enough to kill a Kerbal, even if they are inside a pod.

Orange suits can take 15g before getting injured and 20g before having a chance to die.

Better UI Mod

makes several User Interface additions to make building and flying craft much easier

-center of thrust is now a line that runs through your entire craft so you can properly align it with the center of mass

-parts now glow different shades of red proportionally to how much drag they have (instead of useless red arrows out the back of your craft) when you turn on the flight arrow things

-you can now toggle center of mass, lift, and thrust in flight

-pair with kerbal engineer and that center of RCS mod for perfect building

 

Make Me A Craft Mod

-procedurally builds craft for you to fly based on vague guidelines (do you want a lander? for what body? do you want a rocket? how much payload/crew should it carry? how many stages? would you like a fighter jet?). You'll never have to go on the spacecraft exchange again!
