Make sure you're checking your public IP address.  If it starts with 192.168.1.1, search what's my IP.

Yep, I used http://canyouseeme.org/ it shows up as success, then I used my phone (on 4G) to check, works perfectly.

I haven't changed anything mod-wise, just optimized things by re-placing the boosters and rotating the booster engines, and upgrading the core to RS-27A's. Actually, the part count has decreased by 6 parts.

we are in the final stage of launchprep for tomorows launch,that i belive will be streamed by someone.

I'm sure that you can get a role in this, we're always looking for people.  You may not be able to do this launch, though. 

Are we giving up on @Gaarst?  I'll PM everyone involved in the launch, too.  What do we do if the launch fails?  So we revert to launch and try again?

We can go without him this one time. Since I made the payload.

Hopefully it won't. Depending on the hold, we may just push it back. Let's hope there is no scrub.
