Probably non existent. At least not as Homo sapiens. If FTl doesn't work out, then the cheapest option for interstellat colonization is probably seeder ships. After a million years, humans will probably evolve into different things on different planets. If FTL does work out, then that's less likely to happen, but we still have to get there.

Kardashev scale is funny it assumes that "united planetary civilization" can be stronger and faster at progressing than divided nations making space race... how far EU or NATO went into space? Further than USA during space race?

Also united civilization means we all would have same rights... what rights would that be? USA, Russian, Chinese, European or Arabic?
United civilization is only possible if homo domesticus kills all homo sapiens, but homo domesticus is unable to invent things, so this civilization would die pretty fast.

In 1 million years we will terraform many solar systems and many planets. Each planet will be like country today with different nation, different laws, different ways of thinking and culture. There will be many different races of our species, because each planet will affect human evolution differently. Since 200,000 years of our evolution created few so different races just because we were divided on few continents, then 1 million years of evolution on different planets will make those differences even larger.

If any one thinks we are going to be Gods like creatures after 1 million years... then maybe you should take a look at evolution of species that has 1 million years or more

Homo Sapiens is only about 200000 years old, and civilization is only a few thousand years old. That's a flash in the pan at the scales that OP is talking about.

Given how fast we have transformed our own environment in such a short time, I doubt that we are much more than a biological wave that's burning through the Earth's resources. We are on the verge of being able to transform our own biology and to migrate into virtuality. I don't see us colonizing other worlds when we can create other worlds in silicon. 

I don't think Homo Sapiens will be around a few thousand years. None of our growth curves are sustainable. Either we will have gone extinct or we will have muted into some sort Homo Futuris or Homo Virtualis that our puny brains couldn't even start to comprehend, who will look back at us like we look back at Lucy.

Once true matrix style vr hits things will probably stall a bit. But I still imagine we'll colonize Mars, Venus, etc. Terra forming will likely be possible, but the tech involved may happen after we already settle Venus (unless we find a way to manipulate gravity Venus is the only candidate) so what do you do about the people living there? I'm more doubtful of going to other stars unless we figure out how FTL can be possible.

In the question 'Where will we be in 1,000,000 years?' the 'we' part is the most important one. Who 'we' homo sapiens? I think not. There will be no homo sapiens in a matter of the nearest 2000 years, not to mention 1 million years. Some of our descendants maybe... or maybe not and we will extinct.

Even if we do not die out from asteroids, gamma radiation, any other global natural disasters (having the probability of their occurrence in 1 million years close to 100%) we will transform ourselves to the point that we won't be human any more.
