I found a possible bug on my Mun EVA

I'm not 100% sure if this belongs here, since I don't come here at all, ( @Red Iron Crown@Val What do you say?) but I think I found a bug in 1.1.2:

When I was doing a Mun EVA, I went up to my ship to get back on so I could leave, but I couldn't get up using the ladder for some reason, so I had to use RCS, I fell to the Munar surface, and when I tried getting up, (I was still using RCS) it said something along the lines of "Landing leg too stressed out" or something like that, and the bottom of my rocket exploded, and Jeb went poof.

Does anyone know why?

The landing leg exploded? That may just be one of the "known" 1.1 bugs, sorry. I have no Idea about the ladder tho, so maybe someone else can help you out there.

The ladder part was because I used 2 different ladders, so I couldn't get up them.
