Stupid idea required

Land/splashdown a crewed vehicle on Laythe. The catch: the only thing you are allowed to use to slow your descent is any number of 10m inflatable heat shields. The more massive the thing you land, the more impressive it will be if you can pull it off. I'm not discouraging lithobraking here but parts containing kerbals should not be destroyed.

As an aside, I have some rather large (several hundred tonnes) interplanetary transport vehicles that should in theory be able to do this in an emergency once the design is perfected whilst keeping the crew alive (no guarantees on the rest of the vessel without firing the engines though), and from my limited amount of testing I know it is definitely doable.

How about yet another KSP video that didn't show anyone anything useful or interesting?

That would be really stupid (and I even say that after seeing the video Wednesday thread, let alone Twitch day).
