Flag for NSEP wanted!

Hello bois and babes! I want a new flag/logo. Here is my current flag:

I made it myself, but i dont like it. And i hate it in fact.

So, does someone exist that can make a new flag for me? You wont get paid, but you will get a friend, and friendship is more important than money, in my opinion.

I want a flag that looks alot like the Kerbin World flag, but if you are not a pro in making those kind of flags, my favourite colors are blue and orange. And it needs the same words as in the flag i have now!

I'm not sure how to do this, but I could draw it out, and you could take my drawing and computerize it?

You could draw one on paper, no problem. And if you are going to take a picture with a smartphone i would recommend using the special app called office lens, a free app on your phone that makes taking pictures of stuff on paper, have a much better quality.

I dont like it, i love it! Hell yeah i give this a 10/10! Thank you a million! But maybe other people have other flag ideas. Wich could be better than yours, we will see. I still really enjoy it!

I might give a shot but seeing as all I've got is MSPaint, it won't be anything nearly as good as @Wraith977's. In fact, the best person to ping for your request is @adsii1970. He's done countless artwork that's fantastic. The second two images (from left to right) in my signature are done by him if you want a scope of what it looks like. The last two images on the right side of my signature were made by me. So you can see an obvious step down in quality  .

Granted, he might be busy and if that's the case then maybe I will give a whirl.

How about this? Suggestions for changes welcome. I didn't spell out the acrnoym because I believe it's poor design for a flag to contain many visible alphanumeric characters.

Hey! It has my 2 favourite colors in it! Blue and orange! Looks great! thanks.
