The way I tell that I've been playing too long is when there is a empty coke can wall lining the perimeter of my desk

Hansen's Diet Tanerine and Lime sodapop. And if there's chocolate in the house, it will join in along with an extra blast of insulin. But I only on weekends - during the week, just water.

I usually drink water or cold tea, although I often forget about it because I don't put it next to me. I had an accident once where I spilled a beverage across my father's computer, and I don't want that to happen again 

I don't eat any snacks since I'm concerned about my weight and also don't like dirty keyboards.

I do get a cookie from time to time, but I have often eaten it already when I sit in front of my computer again.

Depending on the weather it's hot (at least at the beginning) Earl Grey tea, Pepsi or water. As for snacks - a banana, potato chips or a sandwich. Depending what i have on hand.

Tea (or an occasional low alc beer) on weekdays, beer and an occasional Islay on fri-sat.

I have a 0.5l mug of tea at most times. Twinings Ceylon, Earl Grey, Bold Kenyan, Smoaky Lapsang etc.

I usually stop for a sip on achieving orbit or when contemplating manoeuvre nodes.

Depends on the time of day. Early to mid-afternoon, it would be espresso, though I often add a small amount of water or pull long shots (not as much water as an "Americano" but I have no idea if it has a name). Afternoon and on, it might be sparking water, otherwise it's more likely red wine or Guinness.

I don't often eat snacks while playing...need 100% focus to get those top-heavy asparagus monsters out of the atmosphere  I do drink a lot of hydroxic acid though.

I drink a lot of that too. Especially with electrolytes.

Pop rocks, I'd say.  They explode when you eat them.

For me it's generally diet dew and whatever munchable is to hand, unless I just had a meal within the last couple of hours.

As for snacks, whatever snacks I happen to have in my room. Most of the time it's candy or potato chips.
