Finding an elusive reaction wheel

Hello, everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me find a part from a mod that I need for a rover to load. It's a little radial reaction wheel that generates 1.0 units of torque. It doesn't look unusual, and has an octagonal base. I've trawled through my mod folders, but can't for the life of me find it. If anyone knows which mod it's from, that would be really helpful.

If you have KerbalX then upload onto the site just so it can detect the mods in it, and delete once you're done. If you don't have KerbalX then upload it somewhere, PM me a link and I'll do it for you.
