Currently being on vacation which means I am not playing KSP for some weeks. Nonetheless, waiting at the airport gives you a lot of time to think about KSP...So I have been thinking about amazing places in KSP...

What is your favourite place/site? What cool places have you been to? Share some screenshots...and gimme something to look at ;)

Me: The KSC.

No, literally, that is the most interesting place other than Eeloo.

Most airports nowdays have nifty charging stations where you can sit with your phone plugged in & watch movies or whatever without draining your battery.

Most planets in this game are boring unless you go to the mountains. The mountains in this game sport some interesting features.

Tekto's south pole in OPM.

Wow, the upper image looks like your flying through an Aurora belt of some sort. Had too look twice and then thought "amazing features"

OK, @Geschosskopf beat me to the emerald city at Tekto's south pole, but let's stay with the theme and add the Mun's dark and creepy south pole...

I was goofing around on Gilly, and found some sort of pyramid there, next week I'll be able to get a picture of it. Not sure if it is an easter egg or Gilly being Gilly.

There's also Orvok in OPM.  It's really not much in itself but the views are literally to die for.
