How do you make Kerbin-Side work?

I install them manually and two weeks ago Kerbin-Side worked just fine.
I've unpacked the Kerbin-Side archives, manually deleted Kerbal Konstruct's subdirectory and replaced it with unpacked relevant KK.
Of course, there is ModuleManager 2.75 dll in GameData.

Is your GameData subdirectories structure correct?
