I moved the server to its new home. The DNS is updated but it can take up to 3H to propagate...

Depending on the TTL settings, it can sometimes take longer than that.

The TTL is 3H. That kind of things is the stuff I am paid to do

It seems like it, but Sarbian did say up to 3 hours till live so hopefully it will be back up in the 40 minutes or so.
