If Blue Origin bought ULA does that mean it would own both the Atlas V and Delta IV and all their intellectual property?

I have no idea. I suppose it depends on how ULA was originally organized. Did all the IP for those rockets get transferred to ULA, or was it retained by the respective partners but with some sort of NDA sharing agreement?

So... Boeing and Lockheed are both part of the National Team with Blue Origin https://www.blueorigin.com/news/nasa-selects-blue-origin-for-mission-to-moon/ Link in case anyone needs it.

In light of that, what do you think the odds are ACES will be revived? Lockheed will be working on the Cislunar transporter, which will specifically be refueling the lander. Could ULA get the green light again to develop Centuar V into an ACES type stage?

Were rolling! T-2 minutes

That was uh...a little anticlimactic

Hope so, the technology also makes lots of sense for the Blue Origin moon lander and the hydrogen fueled upper stage for New Glenn. More so if used for moon missions.
