Part breaking

Hello

I have a problem with curious partbreaking on ascent.

A few second later it is wobbling and exploding. Flight Events (F3) is saying 'Structural Failure'. But I don`t know why.

Same is now happening with a fresh install of KSP 1.3.1 with mostly the same mods (updatet, UPFM and Scrapyard are rejected)). Mostly it happened with Bluedog-Parts and here are the Bossard and Titan-Parts.

and it happens with just a standard rocket build? Are you using advanced tweakables on it? (And if so, which ones?)

Yes, it happens with standard-builds. Also I determine that on staging the parts have a drift sideways. First stage doesn't go away backyards rather sideways. It looks there is a mysterious force. And I don't know which mod this cause. Adcanced Tweakables are activ but I don`t use them.
