Being a Kerber

Ok, you know your a Kerber when you see a cars license plate like KSP 010, or VAB 121 or SPH 761 Nd it catches your eye.

Or when you see a vehicle, or craft,  and you wonder what the part count is.

As a result, there's a moon of Pluto named after the whole KSP community

I don't know if this was intended as a joke, so bare with me if I'm clarifying for no reason:

Kerberos (Κέρβερος) is the 3-headed hound of the Underworld, otherwise known as Hades (Άδης), with Pluto (Πλούτωνας) being it's ruling god, in the classical mythology. Just like Charon, properly pronounced as Kharon (Χάρων) was the boatman, ferrying the souls of the departed.

Most planets, dwarf planets and moons in our solar system have been named after major and minor deities of the classical pantheon. Since Pluto and Charon were already named like that, NASA decided to keep the pattern and name the rest of Pluto's moons likewise.

Correct on both counts, the so-called "official" derivation of the name of the Plutonian moon Kerberos, and to me making a joke on it and pretending that to be real.

As explained in the link in my sig, I live in a place where there's enough Spanish (or at least Spanglish) mixed into everyday speech that when I see "-eros" on the end of a word, I automatically make it the Spanish suffix indicating a person who (works with / makes / uses / does something with) the preceding root noun.  Thus, to me, "Kerberos" is the plural of those who make and play KSP.  After all, KSP is a Mexican product.  We are all Kerberos!  Viva los Kerberos! 

I really think we should start an "Occupy Kerberos" movement   Really, that's no crazier than most other "Occupy (Whatever)" movements......
