Realistic life support system

Hello everyone. 

My name in a agenor and I played quite a lot of ksp. 

But after a while I always stop playing because I can't find some nice mods to make a somewhat realistic duna mannen mission. 

I can't find any nice and reliable lifesupport mods. 

Can some help me out to find some reliable mods. 

I tried Tac life support before but it doesn't seem to work. Somehow running out of lifesupport doesn't kill the kerbals and in time warp or when I controling a other spacecraft the lifesupport values don't continue te calculate. 

Always at this point I stop ksp. And after a week I return for a complete new game. Already doing this for a few years now. And never got much further than minmus (shame)

Greetings!  Welcome to the forum.

I use TAC, and it seems to work alright with me.  Unfocused vessels use supplies, and Kerbals most certainly die when they run out.  I don't know what TAC was like when you last tried, but I can say that now, both of your issues are options in the difficulty settings under TAC.

 

If you have those set correctly and it's still not working, check and make sure you have the right version for your version of KSP.  If that's all good, it would be best to head over to the TAC thread and look for support there.  (There's instructions in the first post on what they want in order to help you)

In rough order of realism and detail:

Kerbalism (almost everything: radiation, living space, consumables)

TAC Life Support (food, water, oxygen with waste, waste water, and CO2; comes with H2O recycler, Sabatier reactor, carbon extractor, but no greenhouse)

USI Life Support
