Why i cannot recover my probe?

The problem start when the probe land on water, it's have all necessary stuff, as in heatshield and chute, yet i cannot recover even after it's landed on water

Try jettisoning the heat shield.  Or just wait until it gets to the bottom.

Thanks i would check that, it's remind me this  

 

Thankfully for me no Kerbal was harmed  

 

BTW i wonder does you ever tried to put sat on orbit using only solid fuel rockets ?
