Private Division - WTHIT

Sorry in advance...  Just now jumping (placing toe in) back in to KSP 1.4...  Just saw the "Private Division" splash show up.

Any insight?  Is this a T2 subdivision?

@Wallygator, a previous Daily Kerbal on December 15th mentioned this HERE.  Hope this helps clarify where Private Division fits within the Squad/Take Two hierarchy. 

It mentions them under the [Development news start here] line.
