WHy does my content need to be approved by a moderator?

all my content is hidden and says it has to be approved. why?

Every member has to have their first 5 posts approved.  It's to keep out spambots.  You haven't done anything wrong, we all went through it.

This is a measure geared to combat forum spam, after a few approved posts the new members are automatically removed from approval list.
Sorry for inconvenience, we are giving our best to keep approval queue empty, but if your post does not appear instantly, just give it some time.
