Target KSC

I would just like to be able to target runways/launchpads.

It would be nice if I could just click on the KSC to target it. Especially since its now visible in map view.

Just gonna "bump" this just in case.

Anyone have any thoughts or is this suggestion literally too simple and obvious to improve?

Plant a flag at the KSC, target the flag.

Drive a simple rover out to the field by the KSC, target the rover.

Or use Kerbnet to place a custom waypoint at the KSC.

This is KSP, use your imagination to solve your problems!

(Also, yeah; let us target the KSC marker, why not?)

Have you done this in 1.4.1?  I tried, and it wouldn't let me target the flag because of that stupid KSC marker.

I have never had a problem finding the KSC from orbit.  I hate that little marker.  I haven't looked, I'm hoping it can be turned off.

You can. Move your mouse to the upper edge in map view. You can actually disable the view on every marker, so you can also turn off asteroids, space stations, vessels, etc.

I'm on console so haven't had a chance to try 1.4.

I thought they added the ksc marker so we don't have to plant a flag /park a vessel on the runway?

Just seems a bit crazy they haven't made it targetable.

Also, all that work on mission builder ,and I hear it's not available on career?
