It's quite high up a grey and black rock hillside, so it can be hard to spot at first.

 

Come to think of it, you may have more luck seeing it if you rotate the view so the camera is underground...

Besides the KSC monolith and Island Airfield the first Easter egg I found was the pyramids. After years I found nothing else. I was testing a new plane and launched from the Dessert Airfield. I noticed some werid pixels and lo and behold I found the pyramids!
