Can't load the game at all

While the game is loading it is stucked at 'Loading expansion assets making history 1/2' i tried to reinstall it but didn't help. I am using it on windows 10, can anyone please help? Here is my log file\

Unfortunately, files that large cause slow page loading or even errors on a forum like this, so yours has been removed. Please upload it to a file sharing site and use the link they provide in your posts here.

Will it load without MH installed?

Should help track down the problem.  Core game or MH.

It looks like you're launching the 32bit version of the game. With the DLC KSP needs more than 4GB of addressable memory. So you need to run the 64bit version. Actually having more than 4GB of RAM would also be helpful.
