Problem with 1.5 and Staging

I'm wondering if someone has this same problem. When I switch parts to different stages the part gets "stuck" and I can't move it anymore. It actually stops directly over other parts. And once I used the middle scroll wheel on the mouse and the entire stage column disappeared through the top of the screen. This is making the game unplayable because once the part/stage disappears I can't tell when that stage will activate. I already sent a bug report but I just wanted to see if it's happening to anyone else.

I have this happen from time to time in 1.3   No idea what causes it, seems random.   I have found leaving the VAB and then returning usually fixes it.

 Modded or un modded install? If modded, what mods you have installed?
