[v1.5] Can't access cheat/debug menu

I can't access the cheat/debug menu with the ALT+F12 combination since I updated to 1.5

Check your keyboard settings. Does your alt f12 function in other scenarios?

The cheat menu/hyperedit allows me to test my vessels before launching them.  I also use it to fix game glitches as well as errors that I make, but don't feel like spending time relaunching.  I don't have a lot of time to play personally as I work a full time job.  For reference, I  didn't update the game from KSP 1.2.2 until 1.5.1, playing a single career game and only got to the point where I'm launching a probe to Duna, that's the kind of time I have.  <Gasp>, I also play on hard settings, but turn the quicksaves and reverts back on.

I'm also capable of launching into a gravity turn, rendezvous, docking, performing gravity assists, aero and gravity capture planning, landing at KSC, building panther engine based space planes, large bases and stations and building and flying a space shuttle so I don't think it has affected my learning or ability.

Maybe everyone can play the game however they please.

Does Windows use a specific Alt key?  Linux it's right shift + F12 to get to the debug menu.  Left shift + F12 doesn't do it.
