Fuel in service bay not connecting

Working on new saturnV and the SM25 is busted in the new version. The fuel isn't connecting to the engines.

That part is such a horrendously broken piece of redacted that it's likely the only stock part I've never used.

This problem has been the same since at least version 1.6.1, according to the bug report (https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/21141)

You have to use fuel lines to be sure you can use that fuel.

Yes I can confirm the fuel lines allowed the fuel usage now.

It all seemed to be fine in 1.7.1 but now in 1.7.2 it's busted.

And also the parachutes aren't deploying from the SM6 now...  "parachutes can't deploy while stowed"... meanwhile it was fine before..

Service bays are bonkers in this version I think.  CONFIRMED - my old crafts with parachutes in the SM6 part are now not deploying..
