i think they might mean that the outcome of "launch" of "monstrosity that have no idea why someone would build in the first place", is different DESPITE remaining the very same "monstrosity that have no idea why someone would build in the first place" - thus it denotes it is a "bug" in the physics engine...

i have thought there has been "wind on kerbin" before though, but others have informed me this was "my imagination".... so well done for finding a "bug" johnny...
