Unplayable framerates on and around duna

First off, my system specs. I have a ryzen 5 2600, a 2070 super, and 16gb 3200mhz/cl16 ram. I see no reason i should be experiencing this problem.

When im in low duna orbit, i have a bad frame rate, when im falling through the atmosphere, i have an even lower frame rate, when im on the surface its basically unplayable, like less than 1 frame per second sometimes.

I thought it was the graphics mods, so i uninstalled them, and turned all the graphics to the lowest settings, didnt give me a single frame.

The problem is with duna specifically, i havent noticed it else where but it may be because ive been focusing all my efforts on duna. I did land a rover on ike and notices it as well but not nearly as bad.

I do have a lot mods installed, but when i first started this save i was having zero issues with framerates. 

Are there any specific mods which can cause this? Or any other reason? I deleted all my debris and un unsed vehicles around the solar system too to see if it would help but no luck.

I still might have a faint guess here, do you use the Trajectories mod? If yes, check that the "use cache" setting is enabled.
