Having written custom tweakscale configs, I can tell you tweakscale's default uses an exponent of 2.5 for engine mass and thrust.

Thrust should be something as logarithmic, but this type of scaling are not available (yet) on TweakScale.

That said, I totally encourage specialised sets of customised TweakScale patches for a challenge. You don't want engines being scaled? Get rid of these patches. You wanna different scales for weight, thrust and ISP (fuel consumption), talk to me and let's see what we can do.

The same for everything else.
