D&D Nerds of the Forums, what was the funniest action a person rolled for when playing a game with them, and what was the outcome after they rolled?

Many of the ones I can think of involve 2.2 violations of one sort or another.

One of our group's legendary rolls, involved one of our players, a number of cheesed together spells, and some questionable rules interpretations.  Our party was dealing with a lich, a dragon, and a... dragon lich(?) as the big bads of the campaign.  Something about enlarging the dwarf, adding massive armor to him, turning him to lead, generally increasing his mass to some ungodly amount.  Raising him up to some very high altitude, and just dropping him on the three bad guys.  This was a plan the DM had no idea was coming, and was completely unprepared for, even though the party had been working for months.  The DM was confused when the dwarf had special armor made, with his name, in reverse, on the seat.

Commence the argument with the DM about how all the effects worked, and how falling damage applied, etc.  He finally accepts, and asks, "Ok, what's the damage?"  Insert some 2.2 violating responses when he was told.

And then about half an hour of just rolling and totaling up hundreds of d6s.

And one of the bad guys survived.
