Never found a fix, nor have i booted up KSP in ages (uninstalled back in January), sorry lol

Could this be combined with Textures Unlimited in a way that we could apply a base decal with CD, then use TU to recolor and add shaders etc.?  Basically, giving us a way to paint the ship in any color and pattern we want just by moving and arranging a series of these decals?

You can manage that with text decals

Hi i have some issue with the decal on door mainly cargo bay door and landing gear door. it work when i place decal on it and launch the craft but if i try to load an existing craft the decal doesn't apply on the moving part. Since I'm playing with a lots of mod, the mod might conflict with another one (i'm mainly thinking about TURD since it can apply different texture on the body and doors of the part),  so i was wondering if anyone encountered the same bug and if so do you have a fix or a work around ?
