New magnometer experiment too heavy?

So I was just playing the new update and noticed that the new magnometer boom weighs a whopping 0.5 TONS. My first impression is that this must be a typo, as that much weight on the side of a small Voyager-style probe pretty much makes it a non-starter since it completely throws off the center of mass. It's also shockingly out of place compared to the mass of the other science experiments of similar size.

What do you guys thing? Is this a bug that needs to be reported?

If you have Module Manager this patch will fix the mass:
