Can't launch game

Hi all, 

I've tried launching KSP (the game, not a rocket) several times now, without success. I have downloaded it through Steam and when I launch it (through the steam launcher, the regular launcher or just by launching the game itself), the game actually starts loading. However, after a few seconds it just crashes and quits. So I see the loading screen, and with it first the Private Division logo, then the Squad logo, then it crashes. The crash report is below.

As you can see, I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) and run macOS Catalina. I have downloaded KSP version 1.10.0 and I'm 99% sure I haven't played that version yet. 

I have tried reinstalling the game several times. I have restarted my computer. All without any luck. I hope someone can help me out.

Access violation suggests you don't have permission to access the files where it's installed, so try moving the game to another disk or a different location on the disk, verify the files if you installed via Steam or uninstall/reinstall the files.

Hey @Lars_vS, sorry to hear you're having issues with the game.  Although you did paste the log file in a way that was pretty compact and easy to read on PC, which most of us appreciate, not all devices render the forums the same way, and it's known that large log files like that can cause issues for some users.   So we ask you host the log file on a site like dropbox or google drive and post the link here.   Thanks!

Turns out I found the solution! I backed up the common folder, reinstalled steam and reinstalled KSP. Then it worked.
