Either a glitch or you misunderstood something in the contract. Some mistakes I see people doing before:

* have a different part than the one the contract asks for,

*not meeting all the conditions when performing the test

*reverting the flight after the test (effectively undoing the contract)

In my experience the contract completes if you activate the part by staging if it ask for run test or the other way around, but have seen people telling it was a issue before.

Also, the general consensus is that if you did the work is ok to use the debug menu to complete a contract.

Parachute contracts usually have a few parameters: the parachute itself (in this case, the Mk16 small stack parachute); an altitude range (say, 6km to 9km) and a speed range (for example, 150m/s to 250m/s) plus it will tell you if it wants you to click the ‘run test’ button in the part’s action window (right clicking then clicking the button) or by staging when the conditions are met.

Resolved

I found out it only work by staging (space bar) to finish. Simply "right clicking then clicking the button" will not work

Thanks all anyway
